A pleasant working environment. Our Schools are designed to provide the best environment for children, which in turn, assures educators of more facilities when it comes to doing their work with children.
Initial training. At the start, we accompany and train our workers so they feel comfortable, get to know the team and our methodologies before being able to dedicate themselves fully to their vocation.
Continuous training. Aware of the importance of staff in Early Education, we dedicate a lot of resources to training our workers; with every Nemomarlin employee receiving training every year.

Qualified educators (early education teacher or a graduate in early childhood education) in charge of classroom operation.
Educators with a B2 or higher qualification, responsible for the bilingual educational project.
Responsible for the proper general operation of the school and personal service to families.
Responsible for the daily preparation of menus prepared by our child nutrition service.
Responsible for the school being clean and in proper condition every day.
